JACQUET Houston Inc. to supply C276 material to family owned fabrication company in Houston for the Department of the Navy
HOUSTON, TX – JACQUET Houston Inc. was selected by a family owned fabrication shop to supply the materials for their project awarded by the Department of the Navy.
The customer was contracted by the Department of the Navy to supply oxygen sensors for 18‐19 of their nuclear powered attack submarines.
This will be the second installment of the project that JACQUET has supplied for the same equipment destined for the Navy submarines, with the quantity increasing to four times the amount of the first installment.
The Navy continues to build the next‐generation attack submarine, the Virginia (SSN 774) class. Thirteen Virginia's have been commissioned to date and they will replace Los Angeles Class submarines as they retire.
The JACQUET Team would like to thank our customer and vendor for their support, which gave us the opportunity to participate in a project of this scale and we look forward to future opportunities.
